John Keel in a 1967 letter to Jerome Clark said “UFOs are now being built on Earth using our industrial resources and technicians. All of this is being readied for an evacuation to be held shortly before some cataclysm befalls the planet.”

“Gigantic objects have been photographed in space with infrared devices (I have seen some of these pictures.) These objects are not illuminated, nor are they reflective, so they are invisible to our normal telescopes.”….“-JAK letter to Jerome Clark (February 20, 1967)”
