 A few lines on the Chinese tabloid CHINA NEWS, describe a still unidentified phenomenon on Lake Qinghai. On April 12, 2019, a giant mysterious figure, known as Ice Circle, appeared on an ice shelf on the south side of Haitai, in Qinghai Lake. According to Qing Qingu photographer of the Qinghai Lake Tourism Group Co. Ltd, Chinese Deputy General Heng Xiu had the photo taken which was taken at 11am the same day.
