The source article https://www.army.mil/article/164802 was published on April Fool's Day 2016. This is utter nonsense. More to be released on 1st April 2017 - there's a clue right there. The complexity of recording the position and state of every atom in the human body. Vapourising it completely and somehow reproducing it elsewhere is virtually impossible. It will not happen. This is pure fantasy.

Congratulations. There arexperiment there was no need to risk sending them through again, that will happen soon enough.experimenting with humans that are necessary for keeping the alive, especially if the want the teleporter to operate properly.
