Seismologist Frank Hoogerbeets Who Predicted Turkey Earthquake Warns Of Impending Mega Earthquake.

​A Dutch researcher trended last month for predicting the earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria on Monday, February 6, just three days earlier. Frank Hoogerbeets, a Dutch researcher at the Solar System Geography Service (SSGEOS), took to social media to warn on Friday, February 3 of what was about to happen. The seemingly prescient tweet currently has over 27 million views. And if someone had listened to him, maybe, just maybe, there weren't more than 50,000 deaths in the affected areas of Turkey and Syria.

​The first week of March will be "extremely critical", warns Frank Hoogerbeets, who makes his predictions based on the movements of celestial bodies, in a video posted Monday on YouTube warning that the first week of March will be extremely critical.

"A convergence of critical planetary geometry around March 2-5 could result in large to very large seismic activity, possibly even a mega-earthquake around March 3-4 and/or March 6-7." video description.

In the video itself, the seismologist states that the strength of the supposed approaching earthquake could be greater than 8 on the Richter scale. The affected area can stretch thousands of kilometers from the Kamchatka Peninsula and the Kuril Islands in Russia's Far East to the Philippines and Indonesia.

"I'm not exaggerating," insists Hoogerbeets. “I am not trying to create fear. This is a warning."
