Myziam: The alien who contacted 4chan

I was browsing r/conspiracy when a user posted this exchange between an Alien named Myziam and it's users.
Myziam was supposedly running out of fuel just sitting outside earth, which he called 0422.

But he is not a real Myziam. As you can read on the previous link to Quora there is an article post comment response written even before the alien made contact on 4chan.

"Her planet is tidally locked, and travels around her star [Varn] in 60 of our days.
They don't have a day system on their planet, however she has learned ours.
Their 'day' system goes by one eigth of a year.
Varn is a red dwarf star, and is actually very hot.
There are no clouds on her planet."

As you can see his text about origin of Myziam was manipulated from the article on that link.

He is not real Myziam. Spread the word. Thank you. N

In many of the images, I can see the same embedded pixelated image of, I guess the visitor. I'm sure visitor did this, to not shock or scare the reciever. Very thoughtful. Now Visitor if you are real, leave a small stone on the highest flat spot of my home. When my broken arm heals, I"ll climb up to see.
