This is my opinion. I believe these beings are an actual race of advanced transdimensial beings. I know someone who has had previous contact with them. They "mind speak". They are pure, in the sense, that they are so open and honest. One might get the impression, they are naive. Description is they're made of a combination of a brilliant blue neon light, energy, and some type of ether. In this video, it almost appears they have wings. Maybe he ones in this video, and the others described. Might be two different entities all together. Where the others were not described with "wings". One can surmise, why would an advanced race of beings, need wings. Unless if it was of an Angelic origin, or it was a part of their anatomy that still exists from their past.
